    The apartment was clean and modern. It was very centrally located without being right in the middle of the foreign tourist area. The restaurants in the area are frequented almost exclusively by Koreans coming home from work, so you get a better sense of the culture. The owner responded quickly to inquiries.

    The apartment was hard to find. I posted a photo where you can see the entrance. You're standing next to a chicken restaurant and have to go through by a barrier.. The apartment behing the glass doors and the end. We were supposed to take out the trash, but we only received various trash bags after asking for them. The recycling area is also where the barrier is. (This appears to be an underground garage.) There were no towels. After asking, the owner brought us some small hand towels. On the positive side, communication was quick again. There was no cutlery and nothing to wash dishes with, so we bought a sponge. The most complicated part was figuring out how the air conditioner and the heating system for the shower workes I’ve posted a photo. The circled blue areas are a touchscreen. The best thing to do is to type everything into ChatGPT and get instructions. I would advise the owner to provide a small manual with instructions for the apartment.
