    Definitely not recommended, don't go there!

    Location of the apartment was great. Nearby a park, close to the shopping street with all stores and 10 min walk to the fortress of Belgrade. Also nearby some very nice places to eat and drink. Within 5 min walk of supermarket (Maxi & Maxi Go). Host was friendly.

    Upon arrival we immediately saw that the location wasn't going to meet our expectations. The apartment was in an old building with a gate in front. The apartment itself was in the back, almost in the basement. I've took some photo's of the view outside the windows (see attached). It was mentioned that the apartment was equipped with Airco but the Airco itself wasn't working properly nor did it actually cool the air. It had 1 setting, 25 degrees Celsius, 'Turbo' setting wasn't working and the batteries of the remote are nearly dead. Airco itself was placed nearby the kitchen, behind a wall so you can't feel the airco in the 'living room', if you can call it that way. All windows are equipped with bars in front of them (see attached) and limited insect screens. The insect screens are also mostly cracked and useless. So, if you want to open a window, because the Airco isn't working properly, you'll get insects. Bed wasn't equiped with a slatted base or box springs, the mattress was placed on a hard wooden board. No airco in bedroom, windows in bedroom weren't equiped with insect screens. Only 1 light in the bedroom, other light was broken (see attached) and 3rd light was missing a light bulb. Very small bathroom. Toilet is placed between sink and shower (see attached) so you have limited space. A lot of mold in the bathroom (see attached). Shower doesn't have a 'door' but a shower curtain that doesn't close all the way. Very limited space on the sink for 2 persons, even for 1 person. A lot of limescale as well. You'll find mold everywhere in the apartment, even on the cutting board (see attached). There's 1 pan to cook something however the pan is so old it's not healthy to cook in it anymore because of the Teflon bottom of the pan was coming loose (see attached). TV equipped with Netflix and Disney but very old TV and works with a mouse pointer.

    Great place and host in city center!

    Fantastic service from host Ivan. He and and his very polite driver got me into the apartment in the middle of the night. Apartment was spacious, had everything I needed and perfect location. I wanted to stay there longer, but it was fully booked. I recommend using his driver to pick you up when you arrive. And prepare Euros in cash, or dinars, for payment on site.

    There was a bad smell from the shower. Not a big problem, but should be mentioned.
