    Very good location, good room, good a/c, good carparking arrangements. Let down by detail.

    Location ia good, room had all the facities one needs. facilities was good. Pleasant personal at reception. nice complimentry coffee shop/lounge. Decent Car Parking arrangements.

    Mix up with other guests given the same door key. We were subsequently blocked out of our own room, fortunately reception still manned, the Help number went to a recording with no response/followup. One blanket only to subsitute the winter doonas, to go between 3 beds. The TV did not work, the phone system likewise did not work.

    Good location but very noisy room

    Check-in was easy and location was great.

    Air con did not work in the room. The room was extremely noisy. There were trucks driving by and I think a bottle bank below as bottles/glass was being smashed from very early in the morning. As staff are not available 24/7 I could not complain and move rooms during my stay. Overall, I could barely sleep as the room was very warm and noisy.

    It was perfect for what we needed

    Great location. Easy check- in. Lovely staff

    Basic amenities. The room was very hot and the aircon wasn’t great.
