  Schönes und sauberes Appartement, leider fehlende Pflege und Wartung

  Das Appartement ist ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Man merkt insgesamt, dass bei der Bewirtschaftung der Wohnung nicht sehr viel Liebe eingebracht wird, und diese etwas schleifen gelassen wird. Uns sind relativ viele kleinere Mängel aufgefallen, die eigentlich nicht auftreten sollen, wenn man sich regelmäßig um das Haus kümmern würde und klare Wartungsprozesse hätte. Das gravierendste ist die durchgelegene Matratze in der Wohnküche. Man liest auch Rezensionen, dass die bereits vor einem Jahr in diesem Zustand war und scheinbar nichts gemacht wurde. Etwas störend war, dass pro Fenster nur ein Vorhang hängt, was Licht links und rechts reingelassen hat. Des weiteren; kaputte Stehlampe, Fernseher geht nicht an, Steckdose guckt lose aus der Wand, nur ein Trinkglas aber 5 Weingläser. Handseife ist nicht nachgefüllt gewesen, Fönaufsatz defekt. Uns hat ein Schneidebrett gefehlt und eine Rückenlehne im Bett, sodass man ein Buch lesen kann. Zudem ist das Haus direkt an der Straße und nachts etwas laut bei offenem Fenster. Hat mich persönlich aber nicht so gestört.

  Eigentlich nichts. Nicht geeignet für Familien und mehr als 2 Personen bzw. 2 Nächte!

  Laut (direkt an der Hauptstraße), eng, keine Stau-/Ablagemlglichkeiten, Esstisch für max. 2 Personen, völlig unzureichende Küchenausstattung (keine Wassergläser, kein Warmwasser, kein Dunstabzug etc.), Sofabett eine Katastrophe usw.

  A very comfortable stay

  The apartment is located in a villa in a very nice part of Klagenfurt: very quiet but also close to the university (which was important for me), the lake and the city centre. The connection by bus is very good; I was not using car, but the parking space was also available for guests. The Hosts were very nice and helpful. Thank you for your hospitalty! The apartment itself is sizeable, with all kitchen amenities, a spatious living room and a small bedroom. I liked the colors of the walls and the wooden floor. The bathroom is also very functional and clean. The apartment is designed with a lot of heart put in it, it has a very nice cosy atmosphere. I also appreciated that there was a washing machine and drying area available for the guests, since I was on a longer journey. The check-in and check-out were rather well organized.

  I would probably install more storage space for clothing, e.g. add more hangers and/or install a chest-of-drawers (e.g. in the corner of the living room, where now there is an armchair). I would also provide the locker code not in a complex document with much other info it it, but in a separate simple message, since on a journey the internet sometimes does not work as it should, the document wouldn't open, and this vital information can stay blocked.
