    Great location, but disappointing room condition and service

    The hotel has an excellent location right in the center of Belgrade, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room had a nice design, and the windows faced the inner courtyard, making it pleasantly quiet despite the central location.

    There were several noticeable issues with the room: - Stains on the carpet. - An electrical socket in the bathroom was partially pulled out of the wall, making it unsafe to use. - Leaking sinks caused water to constantly accumulate on the wooden countertop, which had visibly swollen from moisture damage. - Dirt and buildup around the shower drain. - Worn, yellowish towel. Another major disappointment was housekeeping. During my entire five-night stay, the room was not cleaned even once, despite daily cleaning being advertised on the hotel's official website. At approximately €90 per night, I expected a much better standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic service. Overall, the hotel has a great location and potential, but the poor condition of the room, lack of housekeeping, and maintenance issues made the experience disappointing. I would not consider it good value for money.

    Apropierea de centru si locație excelentă. Exista o parcare in Apropierea Politika însă este atât de îngustă încât mașinile se zgârie si trebuie sa faci multe manevre
