Excellent location in St. Petersburg
The apartment is conveniently located near, i. e. walking distance, the main St Petersburg’ sights as well as metro statations. The apartment is nice with large living room and bedroom. No stairs to carry on your luggage since the apartment is on the first floor facing the street. Although the owner/administrator were absent during our check in, they send us precise instructions of how to access the apartment. Regarding our communications with the owner, he answers promptly to every question we made. Furthermore, he arranged for a transfer from St. Petersburg bus terminal to his apartment which was great because most of the people do not speak other language than russian and all the streets names are in russian (Cyrillic alphabet).

Great location, very quiet but next door to the excellent PifPaf bar. Comfortable with cool decor. The locks need some attention and the shower is very temperamental - beware if you have kids as it can unexpectedly run very hot indeed.

Были здесь семьей с детьми. Аппартаменты соответствуют описанию и фото - красиво, уютно, чисто. Очень удобное расположение - много гуляли пешком по центру, 7-10 минут пешком до остановок корабликов и речных прогулок. Отдельный плюс данных аппартаментов - расположение на первом этаже, что критично при наличии детской коляски и отсутствии лифтов в домах в старой части города. Также удобно, что по запросу предоставляется не только детская кровать, но и стульчик. Много всяких хороших кафешек (на любой вкус) в пешей доступности. *Примечание: для тех, кому важен стабильный интернет - wifi никакой (мы пользовадись мобильным интернетом или ходили в соседнее кафе), телека нет (нам не актуально, но может кому критично). Зато какие там книги!!! И наличие пианино тоже сильно порадовало (особенно детей - и они поспешили поделиться этой радостью с соседями). В следующую нашу поездку в Питер снова выберем Город Рек =)
