    I would reccommend for a family or a group of friends.

    Location was very good access wise. It was in the immigrant area and did not feel the safest neighbourghood, however we had no issues. Train stop, city center and all amenities were very close. Apartment was bigger than we thought and it was good to love in for a longer period. The rooms were big. I would recommend this to two people (or couples) and extra space in the separate living room. Kitchen was quite well equipped, there was also a good blow drier, washing mashine, iron and board, TV.

    There were too few cleaning supplies, e.g nothing to mop the floor. Sheets were clean, but worn and other bedclothes like the blanket etc could have used a wash. There was nothing to clean the sinks with. Refrigerator had no freeze part. Second bedroom had very little cupboard space.

    At this rate Guaet deserves better facility.

    Kitchen is very good and ventilated.

    We were in room number 4 . The whole building is old wooden structure and hence when we walk it makes noise. At night there is no lights in staircase. The seat cover is not properly fixed and even the toilet is not so clean and stains are visible. Beds are very uncomfortable.
