Position, cleanliness, staff organisation for the apartment, great bed
Small space, difficult to go around bed not hitting head on TV, wall paper, extremely small bathroom (required bending to get to shower) noise of the (beautiful old) front door and rolling rubbish bins @6.15 am ...

Perfect location, very close from the underground, very spacious and beautiful apartment
I would have expected at least one coffee caps per person per day as a welcome “gift”; as well as few tea/infusion bags.. and some sugar to go with it.
