    Boa localização, apartamento não tão bom.

    O prédio fica bem localizado e com fácil acesso ao metro.

    Havia apenas 1 secador de cabelo para atender aos 2 banheiros e ele só tinha ar frio. Não haviam materiais básicos a disposição em quantidade suficiente, 1 rolo de papel higiênico em cada banheiro, sem suplemento para lava louças e lava roupas. As louças ficam em um armário aberto o que é pouco higiênico. Não há qualquer orientação sobre a retirada de lixo do apto, o que em uma estadia prolongada torna-se um problema. O piso range muito e tem alguns pregos altos que podem causar acidentes.

    Для проживание туристам очень большая квартира, всего достаточно.

    Мы жили на 4 этаже и у нас был великолепный вид на реку Тежа ) Плюс удобное расположение самих апартаментов, все находится в пешей доступности.

    Нам не повезло с заселением, клининг опоздал и нас заселили после 18:00 🕕 Очень было душно, а открыть окна ночью невозможно из-за постоянного шума на улице Нет кондиционеров, а вентиляторы было бы хорошо помыть 🚿 Маленький объем бойлера и очень плохой напор воды в душе

    Super emplacement - Propreté à revoir ... c'est dommage

    L'emplacement était parfait pour notre séjour (Marathon et Semi marathon) , tout proche de l'arrivée place du commerce et juste à coté de la gare, du métro et autres transports en commun. L'appartement est parfait pour un groupe avec ses 4 chambres et ses 8 lits 1 personne

    La gros bémol est la propreté : Ménage très approximatif de l'ensemble de l'appartement bien que les sanitaires soient propres Literie sale : matelas et oreillers tachés - Draps tachés, gris ...il est temps de tout changer !!! Bruyant : Quartier très animé avec bars et boites de nuit, il faut le savoir - Immeuble ancien très mal insonorisé ... Ne pas oublier les bouchons d'oreille ! Attention : 5ème étage sans ascenseur
