    We felt very good and spent a good moment in Ponta. The host recommendation from the gos for restaurants were very good.

    Nice location, easy to park, big and comfortable room. good clean shared well equipped kitchen.

    It was very good, nothing to change.

    Bei Abwägen der Vor- u. Nachteile ist das Gesamturteil eher positiv als negativ.

    vorhandener Parkplatz für Leihwagen; Gemeinschaftsküche mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Kaffee kostenlos; die Spülmaschine hatte das Personal übernommen; Bett, die Matratzen waren gut, so dass man angenehm schlafen konnte; Bemerkenswert die Unterstützung von Emanuel Ferreira - verdient extra Lob; Ständiger Kontakt über WhatsApp, so dass man nie lange auf Antworten warten musste; Klimaanlage - sehr gut, da die Geräuschkulisse mit offenem Fenster sehr stark war. Flugzeuge fliegen beim Landeanflug direkt über das Gebäude, was bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht großartig stört.

    Badezimmer war nach dem Duschen nass, dadurch starker Modergeruch, da das Holz bereits von der Feuchtigkeit in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wurde. Silikonfugen waren im Durchbereich schwarz. Der Geruch hat sich auf den ges. Wohnbereich (Zimmer) ausgewirkt; Hellhörigkeit, man konnte fast jeden Schritt von den Bewohnern oberhalb hören. Das Zimmer wurde während der ges. Zeit nicht gereinigt, so dass man für Sauberkeit und Müll selbst verantwortlich war.

    The host was super friendly and gave us plenty of great restaurant recommendations, as well as general tips and must-sees for São Miguel. The apartment was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels provided (even for the hot springs). Parking was super easy, with a lot right around the corner where we always found a spot.

    Everything was great :)
