It was very, very uncomfortable trying to sleep through extremely cold nights without heating.

Location was convenient for the purposes of the visit.

The very, very cold nature of the accommodation with a veiled threat that if the heaters were turned on or the Water Heater was used for more than thirty minutes per day then extra charges would be applied. This was NOT explained nor declared with any clarity during the booking process.
