    Good apartment could just use some TLC

    Good location, comfortable & well equipped. Apartment on 35th floor so good views of the city.

    Could do with a spring clean, whilst apartment was clean in itself the windows were dirty, air conditioner vents were full of dust & we couldn’t get the remote to work, had to climb on the lounge to turn it on.

    Location, views, comfortable beds, stylish apartment, late check-out offered, quick and polite responses from hosts.

    Key check-in and out not ideal (extra expenses incurred for late check-in), had to pay extra for second set of keys, shower heads kept falling off shower, kitchen cooker exhaust needs clean, dryer not that easy to work (kept turning itself off).
