    We were disappointed but did the best with our stay.

    The location was nice with a view. It was nice to have underground secure parking, although not enough handicap spots. The location was convenient. Bed was comfortable.

    On arrival, we did not like having to wait outside in the alley for 15-20 minutes for our host. After confirming what time we would be there, they were late :( The door/door frame of the condo looked like it had broken, the automatic lock kept turning itself off/on unless we manually locked it. Extremely loud noise at night from the bar/restaurant below on Battery st. Not enough parking for a full size truck. The floor in the condo was dirty, dust balls everywhere, the furniture dusty. No towels in the kitchen, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Bathroom shower curtain was disgustingly dirty. It should have been replaced. No air conditioning except for in the bedroom, which was extremely loud and noisy. More fans should've been provided.

    Slecht voorbereide ontvangst in appartement dat het geld niet waard is.

    Het appartement is ruim, er is een aparte ouderslaapkamer en er is een balkon. De locatie is goed. In het complex is een zwembad.

    Zeker het geld niet waard. Het bed voor de kinderen was niet opgemaakt en er was ook geen beddengoed en er zijn geen handdoeken, daar moesten we om vragen en werd later geleverd. Er was geen parkeerkaart, waardoor we de parkeerkaart moesten lenen van degene die ons verwelkomde in het appartement, maar deze moest later weer omgeruild. Door al deze zaken waren we steeds aan het regelen en sms'en (tegen hoge kosten) en wachten tot de dingen gebracht/geruild werden. Daarnaast sloot de deur niet altijd goed. De afvoer van de airco lag eruit (kregen we gefixt), de deur van de waskast lag eruit. De bedden zijn niet fijn. In de keuken waren borden en bestek aanwezig, maar geen olie, kruiden en dat soort zaken. Ook waren er geen theedoekjes. We moesten keukenpapier gebruiken om af te drogen, werd ons verteld toen we ernaar vroegen. Er zou een zwembad met hottub zijn, maar de hottub blijkt beide dagen dat wij er zijn gesloten. Erg jammer! Het voelde niet als een warm welkom, maar als een slecht voorbereide ontvangst.

    It was a bit hot because there was no air conditioner in the living room. On weekend nights, it was hard to sleep because the pub across the street was too noisy.
