    これほど素敵なお部屋なのに、ソフト面最悪

    ロケーションや間取り、インテリアは素敵だった

    備品の補充等の準備体制、スタッフの対応。 4人で予約したのに2人分のベッドメイクしかされていなく、自分達でやろうとしてもシーツ見当たらず、連絡しても「ある」と言われ、結局翌日持ってきてもらうことになったが、留守中に丸めたシーツが投げ置かれていただけでベッドメイクされていなかった。 又、ベッドメイクされていた方のベッドから髪の毛が出てきて、果たしてシーツは替えてあるのだろうかと疑問。 ボディシャンプーも食器洗い洗剤もカラ、写真まで送って連絡するがまたしても「ある」の一点張り。 その日は持参のボディシャンプーを使ったが全員がシャワーを使うことはできず、結局翌日補充してもらう前に自分達で買った。 ロケーションと洗濯機があることがここにした決め手だったが、洗濯機は建物の地下にあり有料。 そこまでは良いが料金表示も説明書もなく、問い合わせるにもくだんの件でウンザリしていたので洗えるものだけ部屋で手洗いしつつ8日間過ごした。 物干し台もヒモもなく、持参の洗濯バサミ4個でしのいだ。 ハード面はとても良いのに、ここまでソフト面が欠如したアパートは初めて‼︎ しかもチェックアウト後10,0付けてくれという厚かましいメッセージが届いたのには驚かされるのみ。
