    Die Wohnung wirkt nicht gut gepflegt und vernachlässigt.

    tolle, zentrale Lage, gute Raumgröße, ansprechende Einrichtung, tolles und großes Bett

    zuwenig Sauberkeit bei Waschbecken, Herdplatten, Stiege, Fenster Duschtüren schließen nicht, Küchenlicht kaputt, Gefrierfach total vereist, Badsyphon verstopft fehlende Ausstattung: Wasserkocher, Teekanne, große Teller u.a. Küchenhelfer

    Tolle City-Lage, aber Wohnung sehr enttäuschend und vernachlässigt

    Die Lage direkt in der City ist das absolute Highlight dieser Unterkunft. Umso enttäuschender war der Zustand der Wohnung.

    Während es oberflächlich noch halbwegs okay schien, zeigten sich bei genauem Hinsehen schmutzige Ecken und dreckige Fenster. Alles wirkt sehr abgewohnt, die Rollos sind schief, ein Vorhang hängt lose und in der Küche gibt es nicht einmal einen Wasserkocher. Richtig gefährlich wurde es im Bad: Der defekte Föhn ohne Abdeckung hat Haare verheddert. und ein Leuchtenauslass lag unverbaut offen. Eine gründliche Reinigung und die Behebung dieser Sicherheitsmängel sind zwingend notwendig. Die tolle Lage rettet den Aufenthalt leider nicht.

    A great studio the middle of busy old town

    The location was perfect for me, right in the middle of town, public transport, pedestrian areas, places to eat, a very convenient grocery shop open till midnight... The layout of the studio is great, it has pretty much everything you need. The kitchen is totally functional and I cooked for myself a lot during my stay.

    The front door to the building is not always easy to open. You have to lift the door a bit and then the key would turn. I knew about this from another review so I didn't give up when I first tried to open it. The door always scrapes the stone floor when it opens inwards. One time I spent about 5 minutes trying to get in and felt quite desperate. There is an issue with recycling. There is no collection at the place itself so I guess most people don't bother to sort their rubbish and just throw everything into the bin. There are indeed, as suggested by the host, containers for tin, glass, cardboard and so on on the Frauerplan - the square next to the place, but not for plastic, which is the main offender in my view. Shame.

    Fijn appartement voor een redelijke prijs.

    Mooi appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Met uitzicht op het Goethe huis. Zeer aan te bevelen.
