Tesisin konumu çok iyi, sahile, restoranlara 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Saranda'nın kalbinde. Yüzmek, gezmek, alışveriş, yemek çok yakın. Hatta evin üst sokağında, çapraz karşı köşesinde taze balık seçip, pişirtip yiyebileceğiniz bir lokanta var. Ev sahibi çok tatlı bir bayan. Oda ferah ve rahat. Yataklar rahat.
Park yeri bulmak sorun, özel otoparkı yok, evin sokağı çok dar, başka araba gelirse geri geri çıkmak zorundasınız, sokakta yer olmadığı için ev sahibi bayan yardım edemedi. Eşyaları bırakıp, arabayı parketmek için çok dolaştım, bir bahçede otopark yazıyordu, girdim, bahçede ingilizce bilmeyen kadınlar çok yüksek ücret istedi. Baska bir yere ceza yer miyim korkusuyla bıraktım. Gece sokakta yer boşandığını görünce gittim arabayı evin olduğu sokağa getirdim. Havlular yıkanmıstı ama maalesef yemek kokuyordu. Evde yemek yapılmış kokusu sinmiş olabilir. Banyo gideri çok az su çekiyor. Pis sular dışarı taşıyor, ayaklarım kirlenmesin diye yerdeki taşın üzerine çıkıp duş alabildim.

Misleading information
The mom of the owner was a nice person.
Please, read all the comments about this property. Some people states as excellent but others highlight the problems we encountered. The accommodation is in a building behind another building (entrance) abandoned and destroyed. The garden is not accessible as the photos are from the house of the mom of the owner. It was an unpleasant surprise and when we confronted the host he stated that this problem never occurred to him before and that it was my mistake not reading all the information. And this negatively response to the problem is the same answer your can find in the comments of this property. At the end we didn’t stay because we felt unsafe in the place. All the photos are from the entrance to the rooms. The rooms are okay tho, check other comments for the those photos.

Clean room with a nice balcony
Room was clean and as described. The balcony was really cute
The communication was a little bit off. No info on how check-in works nor a proper address. In the end I could go to the room earlier which was really nice but still wouldn’t have hurt to write some basic information on how to find it and how to contact
