    Staff are lovely and very accommodating with bag storage. The hotel is fine. Saigon D1 is a little more expensive than other areas but the price was reasonable compared to other hotels. The bed was very comfy and staff were responsive when I messaged them during my stay.

    The bathroom is not practical - the water gets everywhere (as per other reviews). On the first night we found a cockroach in our room. Admittedly, we only saw one once, so perhaps this was a one-off and came in from outside.
