    L' appartamento è appena ristrutturato e si presenta molto curato, pulito ed accogliente. La pulizia iniziale è stata ottima. Il monolocale è coerente con la descrizione, piccolino ma ideale per una o due persone. Arredato in modo moderno, essenziale ma funzionale. Bagno comodo. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e ben collegato grazie alla presenza della linea 16 del tram e della linea M5 della metropolitana. Vicino all' appartamento si trovano molto servizi (supermercato proprio sotto casa, ristoranti, bar, pizzerie, gelaterie). Il palazzo è molto curato e si presenta pulito.

    Se proprio devo dare un suggerimento, consiglio di installare un porta asciugamani nel bagno.
