    Gute Lage und schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit angnehm Platz für eine Familie

    Als vierköpfige Familie hatten wir gut Platz zum Schlafen und viel Stautaum für Kleidung. Schöne Einrichtung und gute Grösse

    False advertising

    Nothing.

    Total scam! They advertised a free baby cot on request, but demanded €40 for it after we made a non-refundable booking. They also claimed to have luggage storage, but later admitted they just leave your bags in the accommodation while other guests are around. Unprofessional and dishonest

    Great location, comfortable apartment, close to Metro station, only 3-4 metro stations from Duomo, very well connected with metro lines with Centrale station as well. Apartment is very well equipped, in building surrounded with park/forest.

    Quite comfortable

    Good location, the beds on the rooms are comfortable and it is very clean. The apartment was easy to find with the instructions provided.

    There are some amenities that we found missing, like a bin in the bathroom and some basic kitchen supplies. The sofa-bed was already open when we arrived which is nice, but it was very uncomfortable to sleep in (on the left side). Regarding the air conditioning, there were two in the apartment, but they didn’t quite work that well.
