    Disappointing

    The apartment was clean and in an excellent location. The staff was helpful.

    They charged us €20 in city tax instead of the official 7% rate based on the accommodation cost. The explanation they gave for this was absurd. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue. The air conditioning was not cooling the room properly, the window could not be opened, there was a problem with the fire detector. Overall, there were simply too many issues for a comfortable stay, and the way the city tax was handled was particularly disappointing.
