    Convenient and generally good. Staff lovely but breakfast disappointing

    Staff were amazing. They could not have been more helpful. So hospitable! Bed very comfortable.

    Bath plug and sink plug didn’t drain properly Motorway traffic heard all night. Needs triple glazing or something as it is so close to motorway Breakfast not great. Was cold. Buffet and process of paying etc was disorganised Juice dispenser didn’t work either morning.

    A fresh bottle if drinking water would be a nice addition to the room. Water dispenser was not working on the 5th floor.

    Just ok

    Breakfast service was awful. We came down around 9 breakfast was on until 10 and there wasn’t really anything left. There was no staff around to ask for help. Another customer also approached us when we sat down to let us know that when they were cleaning they had sprayed cleaning product all over the milk and advised us not to use it. Very disappointing especially after paying extra for breakfast.
