    Central location within easy walking distance to Canal Walk. Building security were most helpful. Everything with the flat and building proper worked well.

    The location and spa facilities were great, but upgrading is desperately needed especially for the price.

    -Location -City lights -Access to spa facilities

    -Construction noise (no heads up), even during the public holiday at 8am. When addressing the matter with Maddy, she told me to just close the curtains and windows 😬. I am a remote worker and this was inconvenient during meetings and working. No concessions given. -Exterior painters hanging from the building (we were on the 7th floor) that were watching me sleep in the early morning (no heads up). -Roaches -Inconsistent internet
