    Paid for a spacious apartment, got a tiny hotel room.

    Location is very good.

    Completely misleading! Paid for a spacious apartment, got a tiny hotel room. The listing images on Booking.com are fake and completely misrepresent the property. We paid a higher price specifically because the photos showed a spacious, open layout. What we actually got was a heavily cramped hotel room. There is absolutely no apartment feel here—just a basic room with an inflated price tag. This feels like a bait-and-switch.

    Clean and great location but not recommended for comfortable nights.

    The room was clean and there is small kitchenate. The location is great nearby the metro. There is availability of washer machine and iron in the corridor.

    First, there is no flexibility at all in (luggage drop in, early check in, late check out). The check in is late at 15:00 and the check out is early at 10:00. If you want for early check in or late check out you will pay around 33€. Second, the room location is by the street, there is no isolation for the sound in the windows, you can hear clearly the sounds of the people passing by the room and the sound of the cars was very loud, couldn’t sleep well for three nights because of that.

    Muy buena localización

    La localitzación muy bien, a 15 min de la opera y una parada de metro, muy buena respuesta ante cualquier incidencia. Muy limpio.

    Muy limpio,, pero tuvimos un problema en este aspecto, seguramente a los huéspedes anteriores se les había roto algún producto de cristal en el baño, y había cristales pequeños en el suelo (uno de nosotros se hizo una pequeña herida en el pie). Lo comentamos y se ofrecieron a hacer una limpieza extra muy rápidamente. Se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y las almohadas eran bastante incómodas.
