    Niets!!

The apartment was amazing. Very well furnished. Air-conditioning great. Outside seating area fantastic to relax in after a long day. The location is perfect , a few minutes walk from the centre.

Very poor communication. Not sure it was the management company to blame or the owner. I provided passport details to management company long before our stay only to be asked for more info the day before we arrived by the owner, the day we were flying to Italy! Fortunately I had it on my phone! Never answered WhatsApp promptly and kept asking for the same information over again. Booking.com, management company and owner all asked me when I was arriving even although I had answered booking.com. Very stressful for me on the day I was flying. Eventually asked booking.com to intervene, although I don't know if it had much affect.

Nice accommodation in a great location!

Great location, wonderful accommodations, and pretty apartment. Accommodating host

Steps and more steps. Insufficient air-conditioning in the second BR. Communication. Would have been better.

    Gorgeous home

Wonderful location to walk the city center, and also to use as a base to explore the nearby cities. Interior of the home is stunning, and the host is very helpful, and made us feel at home in her home.
