    Everything was immaculate! Floors were heated, everything was new, breakfast was exceptional! Fresh squeezed juice and hot croissants.

    Wouldn’t be my choice again.

    The renovation of this house was done with much care and love. You can tell that every detail was well thought. The owners did a great job there.

    That it was in a very remote place, secluded from everywhere. The nearest restaurant/pub was 20 minutes away by car. We got bad weather but were confined to the house from early hours since getting there at night is not recommendable if you don’t know the area. The address of this house says Portree (main town in Skye) but pay attention and look your Google maps closely, it is several miles away from the town. Even our navigation tools got the address wrong and we had a harsh time getting there the first time. The house is not beside any major roads, you have to enter through a very small uneven road. We had a reservation for three nights but cut it to two (no refunds there, even though we asked the owner to please consider it since our arrival).
