Pleasent stay and rooms, ignore the back of the TV lol
I found the hotel and the staff who worked there very good and helpful. The rooms were clean and well presented, and everything was comfortable. We only had breakfast on one day of our stay, and it was good (with the exception of the sausages which seemed to be a constant everywhere in Preston), well presented, and well worth the charge. We were both happy with the stay, and have no problems in recommending it to anyone who needs to stay in Preston. .. - .. unless I need to stay there again, in which case please avoid it then I can make sure I can book a room! :)

A great place to stay!
A great place to stay. Free parking and a great breakfast. The rooms are very modern and clean. The people are very friendly and helpful. It’s excellent value for money!

Very relaxing
Lovely hotel. Room was light, airy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Beautiful breakfast and good choice. Staff also helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Gem of a hotel
Used the hotel as a base for visiting relatives, hotel clean and staff went out if their way to help me with a couple of queries, friendly and nothing to much trouble, very quiet at night time no noise or late people coming in. Lovely hot drinks tray in room with, there is no fridge,hairdryer and iron but you can ask to borrow these. Breakfast lovely, exceptional quality and good size lovely to see happy staff early mornings. Only mini snag was there is a lovely bar advertised on site but wasn't open the weekend we went, would have been perfect to come back to, the room little bit small for us but was perfect for the time we were there any longer we would have crashed into each other a lot. Bus stop right outside hotel into centre and amazing restaurant within walking distance.
