    Place is great, looks exactly as in the photos. Customer service needs work.

    Great setting, spacious, very clean, quiet surroundings. Close to all the shops and restaurants with ample parking space and easy to find on a map. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was very clean and smelled fresh. Private setting and situated right next to a hiking trail.

    The person who met us at the gate didn't want to let us in, said we had no booking, even when I was showing her the email correspondence and confirmed booking. We were outside, in -2 degrees weather at night, asking the housekeeper to let us in, barely understanding each other because she did not speak English. We kept being told to call the host who repeatedly ignored our calls and only picked up when the housekeeper called her from her personal phone. Host was non-existent, housekeeper didn't speak English, so there was no one to speak to when we needed assistance.
