A fantastic time well spent with family in a beautiful location at Paddocks 21 in Clarens .
Location was excellent. all furniture and fittings in house was fantastic and exceeded our expectations .loved the electric blankets and fire place and Nespresso machine. very peaceful and beautiful place to relax with the family. our host Fran offered excellent service and queries were handled timeously. will definitely recommend this place
the 2nd bathroom was great but please look into the drainage in the shower needs attention as water was standing.

Disappointing
The location is perfect, the accommodation was beautiful and clean - the only problem was that we didnt have water the one day and the geyser went off the next day which was a total disaster especially in Winter - We asked for a refund for the one day and the host obliged and refunded us which I think was fair and I appreciated it - Overall if not for the water supply and geyser not working it was a beautiful place and I will definitely return in Summer :)
We booked in on Friday - Everything went well.. Saturday, we woke to NO water - which put a damper on everything we had planned for the day - took a couple of hours for it to be restored! Sunday the geyser didn't woke we had a cold shower in the middle of Winter - total disaster!! Also, I would suggest that heaters be added to the premises in cold weather because the place is fully tiled and the bathrooms were freezing!!

Lovely, comfortable stay for a family. Would definitely return.
The property was in a great location. It was comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed and more.
There is some highway noise. It would be nice if the unit was serviced at least once during your stay as well as checked for any amenities such as toilet paper, gas etc were stocked so that we didn’t run out.
