Average experience of the hotel. Love Chicago, love the location.
Ok breakfast. Excellent location Lobby needs help in decor. The whole place needs a facelift with brighter colors.

We had an excellent stay at Claridge House! The staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff was very friendly and inquisitive of our stay/ family. I ran the marathon and they gave us extra waters for free! Our baby also broke a glass in our room and I love how I was able to text the staff about it.
The only thing that comes to mind is the price. Expensive! Also the fridge was very small and we. Oldest fit our takeout container in there so we threw away our deep dish 😢
