    We wanted to purchase an item from the drink machine. We tried first and second floor neither had any of the flavors we chose. No coke, no dr.pepper and no sprite. Had to use Mexican restaurant for coke.

    My stay was peaceful.

    The location was wonderful and the restaurant food was great as well. The business center was just what I needed.

    Only 1 washer and drier.

    I booked rooms for guests for the Smoky Mountain Geek Expo. They were floored by the staff's hospitality, especially Megan. She showcased true Southern hospitality!

    Sorry but cannot recommend this hotel at all!

    We did not eat the breakfast buffet. There was no bacon! And the rest of the food didn't look appetizing. We went out to

    The room was not clean. We did not use the shower until the last day. It clogged up immediately! I was standing in inches of water.
