    The room smelled clean every time I walked in the room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower. Loved being able to have coffee and tea at all hours. Breakfast in the sunroom was so welcoming. Location is close to stores and restaurants. The owners very friendly. Will recommend this place to family and friends.

    We were in the third story bedroom. The carpet was so stained that it ruined the feeling of the room. We love the house and the food and the people, but this carpet needs to be replaced. We would not recommend you B&B if that room was the one people were assigned. Thanks. Randall Paul
