Ambience is good. Staff is fantastic, smiling and helpful. Specially at the front desk they were amazing. Food is good. I will be back.

I cannot think of anything in particular. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Outstanding customer retention and professional management

I recently stayed at the Clarkton Hotel during the low season. To be completely honest, I was initially considering staying at another hotel in Angeles City. However, the outstanding professionalism and flexible approach of the partner/manager, Christian (Chris), convinced me to choose Clarkton instead. His excellent understanding of customer loyalty during the quieter months turned me into a highly satisfied guest. Thanks to his great leadership, I will definitely return for my next trips and highly recommend this hotel to others. He is a true asset to the hotel's business!

Not recommended for dining , rooms is ok , spacious and well furnished

Well appointed rooms , dining and bar area well designed, swimming pool area clean and eye appealing. Service needs improvement , especially in dining area , feels like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you . Ordered a simple appetizer and waited more than 30 minutes and still no service . Dining room was occupied by only one more table . No excuses for the delay . Previous afternoon ordered schnitzel and was flat as a pancake and very very oily , no garnished dinner plate , terrible service ! I’ve been to CLARKTON HOTEL numerous times in the past ,much better service with previous management .
