Great central location. Easy access to the Metro. Spacious apartment. Very unusual and rather great to find a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Milan! The managing agents were helpful in dropping off one extra bath towel and with providing bath floor mats for stepping out of the bath/shower upon request.
The apartment is very sparsely furnished which makes the apartment cold, but is functional nonetheless. Many lampshade lights and the safe do not work. It’s a pity that it took 3 days to get bath mats upon request, and only one extra bath towel was delivered after requesting two. The check in process was very stressful as the booking.com does not allow for messaging the agents. It was very, very stressful trying to find a way to contact the agents and follow the expected procedure in time for arrival in Milan. The agents via WhatsApp (after successfully locating them) were very helpful. However the check in instructions do not take into account some arriving during business hours when the galleria is open on both sides. The instructions don’t mention this and it is hard to find the gate when the roller doors are open. Otherwise the instructions are detailed and good.

The location is really good. Nice area, quite (even being in the center). The place is really spacious. It is a good choice for a short tourist stay.
They pretend to be luxury, but to be luxury you also need to look in the details that matters… - the hair dryer was missing and even the second day after asking for it couldn’t get one. - the shower head is not good and the evacuation water stuck. - one of the mattress is good the other one and comfortable, so you would need to choose who will sleep well and who wan’t. - door handle, not properties screwed falling off all the time. -… I hope my message will push the priority to fix those small things for the next guests comfort.

La ubicacion, pero complicado entrarr a esa zona de la ciudad ZONA C, aparte del estacionamiento tenes que pagar € 7,5 x dia
Complicado ingresar y cuando ingresas al hall del edificio una vez que pudimos abrir con la clave que nos dieron, hay mucho olor a viejo y a encierro. Una vez en el departamento, tienen que renovar las sabanas, son viejas, finas y muy gastadas Las Tollas Ok.. Los aires acondicionados, las habitaciones ok Falta en el living, mucho calor. No lo recomiendo
