Dispone de aire acondicionado, lo cual es reconfortante por el intenso calor que hace en Milan en verano.
El apartamento está un poco retirado del centro y por lo que pudimos ver por la calle, no parece el mejor barrio de Milán. En cuanto al apartamento le faltaba un poco de más de esmero en la limpieza, los azulejos del baño tenían manchas como de cal y al falso techo le faltaba alguna placa dejando al descubierto las maquinarias.

Schön eingerichtet, aber gar nicht geputzt.
Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und hat ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Klimaanlage war vorhanden und hat funktioniert.
Die Unterkunft wurde leider gar nicht geputzt. Der Nachttisch hat geklebt und es waren fremde Haare drauf. Die Toilette im Bad war überhaupt nicht sauber und hatte Flecken auf dem Klositz. Gestaubsaugt wurde auch nicht und unter dem Bett war noch Müll von anderen Gästen. Das Geschirr hatte Flecken und wurde gar nicht gewaschen. Durch die mangelnde Sauberkeit haben wir uns generell sehr unwohl im Apartment gefühlt. Überdies konnte man unsere Badezimmertür gar nicht abschließen und wir mussten schwere Gegenstände als Türstopper benutzen, damit sie nicht andauernd aufgeht. Das haben wir auch gemeldet, aber es ist niemand gekommen, um das zu reparieren. Zusätzlich war im Bad über dem Waschbecken ein Loch in der Decke, durch das man irgendwelche Röhre gesehen hat. Das war irgendwie unheimlich, dass das offen war.

Modern and quiet location that is well taken care of and clean. Great café around the corner and planty of restaurants within steps. Close to the central station as well!

El lugar está super bien ubicado a una cuadra del metro, hay mercado y restaurantes en frente, es muy cómodo y bonito regresaría sin dudarlo.
