It was very close to the Alser Straße U-Bahn station, it was clean, a supermarket was right near the blockbuilding. The staff was very quick to answer us if needed and also really helpful.
The mattress in the smaller bedroom was not the most comfortable. There are stains on the walls, thankfully not mould... Those should be taken care of. The thermostat is not very easy to use and a bit confusing and the same goes for the digital entrance system.

ottimo soggiorno
La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, appena fuori dal centro, una zona tranquilla. L'appartamento molto pulito, i letti comodi (unica pecca la padella fornita ha il fondo rovinato abbiamo evitato di usarla). Siamo state molto bene
L'unica pecca è stata all'arrivo, per entrare nel palazzo e poi nell'appartamento, forse anche per mia inesperizena, ma insomma... Il sistema è abbastanza complesso e poco intuitivo, passa dalle mail, con codici diversi, bisogna installare un app e collegarla via bluethoot, ci abbiamo messo 40min per entrare e per fortuna ci hanno aiutate i vicini spiegandoci il tutto. Mi son messa in contatto con i proprietari e mi hanno dato una mano via messaggio, ma (come la mail) era tutto in tedesco quindi un poco complesso da comprendere (anche col traduttore). Consiglierei di descrivere nell'annuncio il sistema per entrare e avvisare che verrà mandata una mail con maggiori informazioni nei giorni precedenti a quelli prenotati, in modo da non perderla in mezzo alle altre 100 mail che manda booking, e in modo che all'arrivo si sappia come procedere.

La posizione molto vicina alla stazione , è l intrattenimento lasciato in stanza.
Il materasso del letto, i cuscini del letto e il pavimento sporco e non sta il bidet
