    Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great.

    The room was quite damp and musty. We found out how to change the aircon to dehumidify and had to have that running all the time. Once we figured that out it was totally fine! :)

    Best hotel in old quarter

    Fantastic staff, location and hotel. We stayed in 3 hotels in Hanoi and we have to say this was the best.

    Excelente Locación. Ambiente Familiar

    La locación esta super porque esta cerca de todo. Y el personal muy pendiente de todo. Especialmente Kathy. Ella nos planeo un tour y estuvo pendiente de todo. Todo salió mejor de lo planeado. Gracias Kathy
