  Good location and spacious

  Catherine is very nice and kept checking with us on the arrival time. Initially it was planned for self check-in, but another person Carlos met us to hand us the key around 1:30 am. Located within walking distance to city centre (15-20min), coffee shops and supermarket (<10min), feels safe and quiet even walking at night. Apartment is spacious with 2 floors, 3 A/C working, 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable for the 4 of us.

  Be aware that both bedrooms and bathrooms are located lower ground, so it has limited ventilation. We have noticed unpleasant odour of dampness and musty during our entire stay.

  Uitstekend verblijf in Porto

  Mooi en ruim appartement. Alles is goed voorzien. We misten wel een keukenhanddoek en ovenwanten. Heel proper! Een aanrader! Goede locatie enkel een beetje lawaai van de straat soms.

  De ruimte, inrichting en de netheid.

  Black mold problem in the apartment

  Located a few minutes walk from Campo 24 de Agosto Metro station, the apartment is well located on a small boulevard. The property manager was unable to meet us, but sent the door code and key lock box codes via Booking's messaging. The apartment is well furnished and included the basic kitchen necessities like cutlery, plates, cups, etc. A coffee machine and kettle were present in addition to the induction stove.

  There is a *serious* black mold issue in the apartment. Sitting in the living room for a few minutes was enough to give several of us a headache from the mold present. There are also signs of the water damage and black mold in at least one of the basement bedrooms. In my opinion, the owner should really remove the listing until the mold issue is resolved.

  Beautiful apartment in a great location.

  Beautiful apartment. A good size for a family. Really great location and area, lots of cafes near by. Easy walking to he old part of town. Lovely to stay in typical Porto style house.
