    Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Incredible location. Highly recommend

    ClassyC exceeded my expectations. My first experience dealing with the hotel was messaging them to ask if we could leave our suitcases with them for 3 days prior to checking in as we were flying to Danang and didn't want to take checked in luggage. They were so accomodating with our request. Once we arrived for our 2 night stay, we were warmly welcomed by Arthur and the staff. Our rooms were incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Everytime we walked past reception, it was always met with a genuine smile and greeting. Breakfast was wonderful and a delightful spread to please all and any. The rooftop pool and bar was lovely. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of all shops, pharmacy close by, short walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The bar on the ground floor is a great vibe and atmosphere for an evening drink and entertainment. I couldn't have been happier with our stay and would gladly book this accomodation again.

    Just a suggestion to include more shade areas up at the rooftop pool as during the day it can get quite hot and there isn't many areas that provide relief from the sun.
