Good location but poor apartment that needs some fixing
The property was located in a good area, and it was decently clean.
However the apartment had many issues such as broken washing machine which caused a leakage in the whole kitchen. The sliding bathroom door was poorly installed which ended up exploding on one of the tenants and led to scars. The apartment also had cockroaches and when we told the booker about these issues he said that he has never heard of it which is unlikely because there many issues.
