    Stayed in better 4 star hotels with better reception Customer service

    Really nice hotel in a great location for the RDS stadium and complex. Good food and drink but a bit pricey, but this is normal for Dublin.

    Went to check in at 3:00 no rooms available, had a meal, went back at 4:45 still no rooms, spoke to reception duty manager and eventually after a lot of complaining, given rooms below ground level with the view of an embankment wall, when challenge they said they were very busy, but I had booked 2 rooms 5 months previously. This was then followed on our last night/day by no room service (beds not made, no clean towels, no teas or coffee) !!! Was given 2 free drinks and. 10% refund on room fees.

    As I was travelling with an elderly lady ,1 accessibility was excellent. 2 staff were most helpful . I would use the hotel again

    I thought breakfast might be served up to 10 .30 rather than 10am .
