    Expensive but city centre - better to book across the road at Leonardo royal or Radisson

    The room was warm and clean. Buffet breakfast was lovely and morning staff lovely.

    We booked a deluxe room. Got two emails asking to check in to two different room numbers. The room itself was very small. Stayed at other hotels in the area at better rate and reception. Bar staff refused to make us any cocktails and clapped when last orders bell rung at midnight. Didn’t enjoy the automated checking, having to create my own room card. Couldn’t find the entrance- it’s not well signposted! Woke at 1am with neighbours having a domestic. Won’t be back.
