Hotel bien comunicado con las principales carreteras de la ciudad. No usé los servicios pero al darme una vuelta por el hotel, la zona de bar, restaurante y gimnssio tenían buena pinta.
La dificultad para aparcar el coche sin tener que pagar y al estar en una zona de oficinas, estaba un poco aislado de tiendas, restaurantes o vida de la ciudad.

It was requested at the desk about a 200euro deposit be placed ,this was not written in any email nor was it made aware when booking that this would be the case . Once in the room,the windows were wide open, it was freezing.and the hair dryer didn't work properly.

Overall quality of service has noticeably deteriorated.
Quality of bar food was very good. Location relative to place of business.
Unwelcoming and unhelpful reception staff. Approached the desk at 14:30 to be told by receptionist No. 1 that, (a.) My room wasn't ready and (b). That check-in time was 15:00. Returned to desk at 15:00 to find that my room had miraculously, become available. Waited for an additional 5 mins. while receptionist No.2 tried to find my booking. Room: No welcoming bottle of water and no fridge. Coffee Shop: Very poor and indifferent service. Sat at Table 8 while waiting for my room to be cleaned before check -in. Ordered a cup of coffee. When I returned for lunch at 16:00 the remains of my earlier coffee visit were still on the table. When I finally left the coffee shop at 17:00 nothing had changed.
