    very beautiful hotel close to the zoo area

    We set up this hotel because the price was decent and it was close to the zoo because we were going to boo at the zoo as a family get away. I liked how beautiful it was. we never stayed at a big hotel like this before I was impressed. the staff was very friendly. the pool was wonderful not cold at all. nice and pleasant to swim in and it has the deep side of pool marked off with a divider rope so kids who can't swim don't go there. the breakfast was very nice as well. I love that it was included with our stay and we didn't have to pay extra. plus we went on a friday and left Saturday so we didn't have to pay extra for parking garage which was wonderful. the room itself was roomy and the accommodated our youngest child by providing a crib for him. the shower was so updated I never have seen a digital shower buttons like this before. Definitely a classy place we had a lovely time here.

    there was only 2 bath towels for a family of 5 so if you all want more towels better ask upfront. I'm real big on biscuits and gravy and it just tasted like something was off with the gravy. not sure what it was but the eggs are amazing just right. they even have an omelet station.

    Very friendly staff, lovely pool and sauna, solid breakfast buffet, clean, well located, easy, secure, and inexpensive in-and-out parking

    The cleaning products they use have a very strong smell that gave my entire family a headache! We had to wipe down the surfaces in our room with water before the second night just to get rid of the smell.
