Perfect...
The location was exceptionally located near where I was conducting my visit. Aside from parking, it was perfect, quiet, and secure.
Parking was a bit of a challenge. Having a rental car and competing for parking with the neighborhood was a challenge at times. Next time, I will use Uber instead of a rental car.

It was a great experience!
Location!
Parking is tough, but that’s not their fault.

Great place for us to explore historic Philadelphia.
Perfect size for our family. It was very clean and had everything advertised. We enjoy walking (we averaged about 12 miles a day), so it was a good spot for us to get to all the historic sites and there was a metro stop a few miles from us. The hosts were responsive to messages.

nice comfortable 2 br with indoor laundry, very kid friendly
property was renovated nicely, had clean and well equipped kitchen, small outdoor space is always a plus. furniture was in good condition, showed true to the pictures on listing.
located in front of a school for troubled kids (?), couple of construction sites, so had traffic and access blocked at times. also, overflowing trash that was not handled on the street. Had issues with the wifi which took time for the host to resolve.
