Everything was very nice. Jennifer was very friendly.
There was no air conditioning and even with the fan it was too hot. Our room was 76°. We dont sleep well when its that warm. I should have checked on the air conditioning before booking. I would definitely stay there in the cooler weather.

Cozy stay in historic Georgetown
Charming and welcoming bed and breakfast. Perfect location in the historic center with walking distance to coffee, shops and restaurants. Beautiful rooms, very clean and spacious. Great breakfast! Convenient to Loveland. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect.
LOVED the location. Beautiful views and definitely Gilmore Girl vibes which is exactly what I was wanting. Very clean inn, super nice employees, great area - cute strip with gift shops, amazing walkable coffee shop that I called Luke’s the whole trip because of Gilmore Girls, and yummy restaurants all around such as Cooper’s, Sasha’s, and there was a pho place that we didn’t make it to but I LOVE pho so it was a perfect location. I loved that the property felt very private and small. The hot tub on the balcony was a relaxing time with beautiful views. This location also wasn’t a terrible drive to anything on our itinerary. We did many activities such as hot springs, Georgetown railroad, zipline, snowboard, ice castles, etc with limited longer drives. Room was cozy and clean with a tv that had many apps to watch things (Gilmore Girls) on our early nights. 10/10 stay.
