    resepsiyon ve çıkıştan önce ki akşam yaşadığımız deneyim berbattı.

    Ödememizi booking üzerinden kredi kartı ile yapıp elimizde makbuzumuz vardı. Tatilimizin son günü resepsiyondan aranarak çağırıldık ve ödememizi booking'in otele yapmadığını ve bunu çözmemiz gerektiği söylenildi. biz makbuzu verdik ve bunun bizim sorunumuz olmadığını ödememizin yapıldığını ilettik. karşılığında bu sizin sorununuz ve ödeme çözülmezse otelden çıkış yapılamayacağını söylediler. odaya gittiğimizde oda kartımızın çalışmadığını ve otomatik wifiden çıkarıldığımızı fark ettik. resepsiyona tekrar gittiğimizde ödeme ile ilgili booking ile iletişim kurup kurmadığımız soruldu. inatla bizim ödememizin yapıldığını belirttik biraz sesimizi yükselince ve Otel müdürünü çağırın deyince hata olmuş oda kartları bazen çalışmayabiliyor diyip kartımızı ve wifi tekrar aktif yaptılar. her şeyin iyi gittiği 2 oda tuttuğumuz ve ödemesini yaptığımız otelde bunu yaşamak kesinlikle büyük problem...

    Personel genel olarak güler yüzlüydü. Yemek seçenekleri geliştirilebilir. Sharm El Sheikh 4 gelişim ve diğer otellerin mutfağı ile haliyle kıyaslayabiliyorum.

    Resepsiyon sürecini sevmedim. 2 oda tuttuk ve diğer oda tatile devam ederken son gün ödemeniz yapılmadı bunu çözmezseniz otelden çıkamayabilirsiniz booking ile görüşmek sizin işiniz diye bir diyolog gerçekleşti. Ödemeyi booking üzerinden yaptık ve kartımıza yansıyan tutarı bile ödemiştik. Bu ödemeyi yaptığımızı söyledik ve hala bize yazılması hoş değildi.
