    Clean and Comfortable

    The apartment and apartment building was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The Nespresso machine was very nice. The bathroom was very functional. Checking in process was convenient.

    Our apartment was situated on the 4th floor with no lift. Activity outside the apartment building was sometimes noisy late at night. The location next to the Russell Underground was convenient, but the Russell Underground Station only has supersize lifts to accommodate customers, no escalators. So not very convenient location when it comes to the Underground Station.

    Clean and spacious room in perfect location for train access

    No lift or assistance with luggage up stairs

    Nice apartment. Very close to tube and British Museum. Lacks local food and drink options.

    Nice apartment with quality fittings. Very close to Russell Square tube.
