Had a hard time getting in, Booking.com never sent instructions or code, the residence is managed remotely by extremely unhelpful staff Kitchen kit is barely adequate Room has no bedside light Wifi is difficult to locate

Clean comfortable flat in Chelsea
The flat was very clean, featuring a comfortable bed, clean toilets, and no musty smell. The self check-in and check-out were seamless, the lift worked, and the pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable. Safe basement flat due to the strong metal window railings. It also offered excellent amenities: fast Wi-Fi, good power outlets, functional heating/AC, hot water, and a kitchen with a mini-fridge and utensils. Plus, it is in a quiet, walkable area near a mini Tesco.
It is a bit of a walk to the Tube, taking about a 10-15 minute walk. Additionally, the cleaning lady didn't speak English, which made communication a bit difficult for storing luggage before/after and there was no front desk on site. Also the property felt really expensive for what it was worth.
