great place and location would use again
location was excellent, very nice area, great building - easy to deal with reception, small milk in fridge for tea, micro, fridge and hob looked good but didn't need to use, bed comfortable room clean
Kettle had to be used on floor as no socket, iron needed a clean, facilities adequate as described but felt utility rather than luxury, could hear other rooms as walls very thin

Everything, Cleveland Residences is always on the top of the list when considering where to stay in London. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. We arrived early and not only did they hold our luggage, but they also delivered our luggage to our room before our return later in the afternoon. Although our room was on a floor which had no elevator access they offered to help us the morning we were checking out.
