Lovely cottage in a great location with everything needed for your stay

Lovely location overlooking the salt marshes & very quiet. Cottage is a very good location for visits to RSPB Titchwell & Clay Marshes as well as Blakeney, Wells & Sandringham. Dun Cow pub next door served lovely meals. The cottage contained everything we needed for our break and being able to sit in front of the log fire was a real bonus.

Only a couple of very minor things - no anti slip mat for use in shower area of bath & stairs painted black were a little slippery and not the easiest to navigate ( note for owners - anyone with a visual impairment would find the stairs very difficult to use as the edges of each step did not have a distinguishing bright colour)

Lovely location. Pity owners won’t update furnishings. Let’s it down

    Location.

Uncomfortable armchairs and awful dining chairs. Stairs were very steep and uneven. Far too much crockery and no space for own supplies. Who needs 24 glasses!

The sun in the morning and evening. Walks and taking our dog. Good behaviour and enjoyed eating out and in. Parking great. Next door to the Dun Cow. No noise. Excellent garden and enclosed for a dog. No mess as dog will not go in gardens.

Few cracks in paint and patches but is an old cottage. If it was lived in then this would be fixed. Carpet ok but no brush or cleaning equipment outside, or inside, for loose leaves outside etc.
